Growing Up: Rafael grew up in Miami, FL. He was raised by his parents Rafael Sr. and Lizzette Rey and has two younger sisters: Alexandra and Katerina Rey. Rafael graduated from Christopher Columbus High School in Miami and obtained Bachelor and Master Degrees in the fields of Business & Finance from Florida International University.
Rafael is passionate about the sport of volleyball. He competed at the NCAA Division II level. In addition to volleyball, Rafael is a CrossFit athlete. CrossFit challenges him to his physical and mental limits.. as the sport requires stamina, endurance, strength, gymnastic abilities, cardiovascular endurance, and grit.
At the age of 21, Rafael began his Acting career. He is represented by CESD Talent Agency & The Michael Abrams Group in Los Angeles and trains with Lesly Kahn in Hollywood,CA.
